Silver Reef Chapter #26 OES meets at 7:00 PM every 2nd Tuesday in St. George at the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church located at 611 North 2450 East. We invite all Eastern Star members to attend.

Sisters and Brothers, we wish you a happy and prosperous New Year.
Our December meeting agenda was a busy one and we would like to thank our Officers for a wonderful first meeting of ritual. Each and every one of you made the meeting most enjoyable and we appreciate your assistance as we start the plans for a wonderful and fun Eastern Star year. We are looking for some exciting enhancements to our Chapter Chat as we anticipate receiving articles for the various Masonic groups that meet here in beautiful St. George.
A huge “Thank You” to the committee of Worthy Patron – Dean, Secretary – Joan, and members Arthur Kris and Jeanne Hauze for being so willing to meet with the Lodge to bring our Masonic Family together in communication.
December also saw our first fundraiser of a Garage Sale hosted by our Associate Matron – Kathy Higgins and her husband Joe. We would like to a special “Thank You” to Joan and Robert Kupczyk for assisting Kathy in the sorting of the garage. We would like to thank all our wonderful members that volunteered to serve a shift during the event. Without each of you this project would have never got out of the garage. We raised over $800.00 for the general fund.
We celebrated the Holiday Season with the special assistance of the 26th Club hosting a Christmas Party with Bingo at the home of Carl and Anita Chormicle’s home on December 30th. Each of us had a wonderful time getting to know each other a little better. Dean and I would like to thank our Associate Conductress – Pamela Gebhart for initiating and establishing this Eastern Star year’s calling tree. So look forward to receiving a call from members of your chapter on upcoming events. We realize that communication is a key part of the success of the Masonic Family and we appreciate all of the members in their determination and patience in making this happen for our Chapter. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting on January 13th, especially those who haven’t attended in awhile! We think you will be pleasantly surprised and have an enjoyable time.

CHAPTER CHAT
Dear Sisters, and Brothers,
I hope everyone has enjoyed their Holiday Season. It has been just wonderful for me and my family. We had a very nice Christmas and bingo party and Thank Anita and Carl Chormicle for allowing us to use their home.
I must remind every one that has not sent in their dues yet, I have you dues cards ready and waiting.
Also as of next month this Chapter Chat will be reformatted and also have other Masonic bodies articles in it for everyone to enjoy. Please let us know what you think of it or give us information to add to it.
